Profile and Overview

Mr. Carroll was profiled in a Chicago Sun Times article “Domestic Attorney Has Wealth of Legal Experience.” In over 29 years of practice as a trial and appellate lawyer, Mr. Carroll’s accomplishments include successful litigation of complex cases in different areas of the law and he has argued appeals that have changed the law in areas such as toxic torts and trusts.

Mr. Carroll is also scholarly in his attitude toward the law having published two bar journal articles and he has taught other lawyers in continuing legal education courses in areas such catastrophic tort litigation, and appellate practice; his professional honors include a listing in Who’s Who in American Law.  What makes him unique and special is his passionate advocacy on behalf of his clients.
